By using animals.bigworldlist.com you agree to these terms.

Information only

Animal Atlas publishes general educational articles about animals. We work hard to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every article is complete or free of errors, and scientific knowledge and conservation assessments change over time. Our articles are not veterinary, medical or safety advice. Please check important facts against the sources listed in each article, and in an emergency contact the local emergency services.

Using our articles

The text of Animal Atlas articles is our copyright. You are welcome to quote short passages with a clear credit and a link to the original article; each article includes a ready-made citation. Please do not republish whole articles without our written permission.

Images

Images are not owned by Animal Atlas. They are loaded from Wikimedia Commons and remain subject to their own licences, which are named and linked under each image. If you reuse an image, follow its licence.

Animal Atlas contains links to other websites and shows advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or advertisers.
